  • A Traditional Funeral often includes gathering at the funeral home to receive family and friends for a viewing and visitation


  • having a funeral service at the funeral home, church or other venue 


  • a funeral procession to both to cemetery for burial or *entombment or cremation.


A Graveside Service & Burial are independent of a visitation or formal service, although a prayer service or a time for sharing reflections can occur at the cemetery prior to the burial.



*Entombment is the disposition of human remains in a mausoleum crypt or lawn crypt.


PRICING INQUIRY

All cremations require:


  • transportation


  • custody and housing of human remains in our funeral home


  • signed authorizations and other legal documents


  • the cremation itself


CREMATION OPTIONS:


1 - Direct Cremation occurs when a decision has been made to forgo a visitation and/or ceremony. We bring your loved one into our care, meet with you to review the cremation process and authorizations, the filing of the death certificate, and the cremation at our own facility.


Immediate family members are able to spend a private moment with their loved one prior to the cremation, if they choose. 


2 - Cremation With a Visitation & Service: There are two options that include a funeral visitation and ceremony at our funeral home, church or other venue before or after the cremation:


  • A "Traditional Cremation" means the body of the deceased is present in a cremation casket for the visitation and service, after which, the cremation will take place.


  • A "Cremation Memorial" takes place after the cremation has occurred. An urn with the ashes of a loved one are often present for both the visitation and ceremony, but not required.


  • Immediate family members are able to spend a private moment with their loved one prior to the cremation, if they choose.
